Refund policy

Refunds: Refunds are offered only in the case of an allergic reaction. If you experience an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@neroliroseblum.ca. We will review your request and provide a prepaid return label. Once the product is received, we will issue a refund.

We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchasing, as all ingredients are listed on each product page.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item.
